As artists, you can create these items and turn them into NFT which can be uploaded to our site for all members to see.

This mall will allow Shiba Land Business Members to lease space that they can customize and begin selling to the Shiba Land Community. Members will be able to walk into your store, see the items you have for sale, examine the items, and purchase them if so desired. All these transactions will occur directly between the vendor and customer for any type of currency the vendor chooses to make available for payment.

Just like in the real world, certain businesses need an office to conduct business. In Shiba Land, these same businesses will be able to hold meetings, see clients, even handle medical screenings and visits. Shiba Land Business Members will be able to lease office space within the office buildings, customize their environment and begin conducting business immediately.

There will be an Entertainment District in Shiba Land. This part of the city will host all your favorite entertainment venues. There will be movie theaters with the newest releases, art galleries with the hottest NFT inside, even small music clubs where you can enjoy intimate performances from your favorite artist or maybe catch a show by an aspiring unsigned act. Shiba Land Members will also find a Shopping Mall housing all the best items that you can view, cart and purchase from a variety of stores in the Metaverse but where your goods are delivered to you at home in the real world. This will be the best of E-Commerce meets Metaverse in 3D.

There will be numerous spaces for Shiba Land Business Members to be able to advertise their business to the Shiba Land Community. There will be spaces within the mall along key paths where businesses can lease space to be seen by those who walk by. There will also be park benches, billboards and for the serious investor, the side of buildings will also be optioned in key places downtown.

Once a Shiba Land Member purchases land, they will ultimately want to construct a structure on that land. There will be a dedicated team of developers to assist those members in building their dream.
